Flow to Fly

Face your fears and discover the fun in taking flight! Arm balances require strength throughout the whole body along with flexibility and they may seem a bit intimidating, perhaps even a bit scary, but there’s also something incredibly playful about them and when you manage to take flight it gives you a great rush and sense of accomplishment.

We’ll work on building our strength and flexibility through an invigorating flow working in a few arm balances to play around with, but most importantly we won’t take ourselves too seriously and we’ll have lots of fun!
