Open Heart Flow to Restorative

We all spend far to much time sitting slumped over a computer, drawing our shoulders in and closing off our heart. Heart openers are invigorating both physically and mentally, they can reverse the effects of modern life’s hunching whilst also help to release tension and blocked emotions.

Through an invigorating flow we’ll work on strengthening and opening the shoulders, chest and hip flexors, opening up the whole of the front body, releasing any tension whilst correcting our posture. The pace will then slow down into a meditative restorative flow allowing us to fully take in the practice and embody an open heart.
