A wonderful long yoga flow playlist perfect for a slightly sweatier practice. Some soft tunes to start off with, perfect for some grounding breath work. Then it slowly builds up to some slightly stronger beats as the body warms up. The energy stays high yet soft until it gently winds back down into some calmer tunes, perfect for some longer hold stretches, and eventually leads to a wonderful gong to drift you off into your relaxation, your Savasana.
