I haven’t shared a yoga playlist in a while so I figured I owed you one. This playlist is definitely one of my favourites for a slightly stronger Vinyasa. It starts out slow, with some soft tunes for the warm up and then picks up the pace for when you’re ready for your fiery flow before it chills down again for some soothing stretches and a lovely savasana.
