Happy Sunday! Happy International Yoga Day! Happy YouTube Yoga Day!! This week’s class is a lovely Strong and Stretchy Yoga Flow all about balancing strength and flexibility.
As someone who’s naturally quite flexible, when I first started practising yoga I would often sink into flexibility and forget to actively engage my muscles. Over the years I’ve learnt the benefits and importance of strength along with flexibility – I am all about the active muscle engagement now!
This class balances the strength and flexibility aspect wonderfully. It’s also almost a whole hour – yay!
