What day is it? YouTube yoga day!!! YAY!!! This week we’ve got the yummiest gentle yoga for a good night’s sleep. Yep that’s right, it’s time for some bedtime yoga chill!
This sequence is super chilled out, all about gentle movement to softly wind down after a long day. In just 25 minutes you’ll be so blissed out that you’ll drift off into the soundest sleep.
I recommend doing all of your pre-bedtime things before you start. So make sure you’ve brushed your teeth and washed your face and then get ready to snooze!
