Hello and happy Sunday!! It’s time for a brand new YouTube Yoga class. This week we’ve got a yummy bit Upper Body Restorative Yoga sequence. Best part is, it’s only 30 minutes! So you’ll be all stretched out and relaxed in no time!
As always, please make sure to move mindfully, listen to the body and never push the body into any kind of pain. Feel free to modify or mix things up as needed.
