Hello friends and happy YouTube Yoga day! Aka Sunday. Join me on the mat for this yummy deep full body yoga stretch. We will breathe, move and stretch out the major tight spots (shoulders, hips and hamstrings – you know the ones), really taking our time and tuning into the body, letting that tightness melt away.
This class is fantastic literally anytime but would be especially good after stronger yoga practice, a run or a sweaty workout. These seriously juicy stretches will leave the body feeling fantastic!
