Hello Sunday!! I know it’s your favourite day of the week. Why? Because it’s YouTube yoga day of course!! This week we’ve got a lovely gentle yoga for lower back relief. It’s a super chilled out restorative style yoga sequence that will hopefully leave the lower back feeling nice and relaxed. It’s also pretty short and sweet – just 30 minutes.
Oh and one more thing, you could totally do this in bed!
