Happy Sunday aka YouTube Yoga Day!! This week it’s a mega chilled out Yoga for Period Pain sequence for all the ladies out there who suffer from cramps and other period related aches (believe me, I feel ya!).
I know how hard it can be to get moving when you’re suffering those pains but more often than not a bit of gentle movement will help. The soothing wiggles paired with the longer held restorative posture in this sequence always helps relieve my cramps and lower back aches – I hope it’ll help you too.
